World Services for the Blind conducts an exit interview with all students. The exit interview is intended to gauge your personal experience with the programs and services available at WSB. The information collected in this form is both secure and confidential. Please answer honestly based upon your own personal experience, not that of your fellow students. Good, bad, ugly—we want to hear it all so that we can make improvements to the WSB experience.

This exit interview must be completed when you complete your program. Any certifications will not be made available until the interview is complete.
