PROGRAMS & SERVICES
The mission of World Services for the Blind is to empower people who are blind and visually impaired to achieve sustainable independence. WSB offers life skills on-campus, extensive career training programs online and on-campus, social work and case management services, as well as a summer transitional aged youth program. With our wide array of programs, this allows students to receive services and training tailored specifically to their needs.
Career Training Programs
World Services for the Blind offers a wide variety of career training programs on-campus and online. On-campus clients receive full-time training at our campus in Little Rock while online training can help give clients more flexibility in completing career training.
Online Program Fundamental Courses
World Services for the Blind offers a variety of fundamentals courses for clients who want to pursue online training. Fundamental courses can help a student gauge if the career training program is right for them or if they need extra help in a certain area before beginning a career training program.

Life Skills
WSB offers a comprehensive life skills training program to help those adjust to life with vision loss. Our life skills programs offer essential training to ensure an individual’s ability to live independently.
Transition Age Youth

Through tailored training in daily living, assistive technology, and practical skills, participants gain the tools and self-assurance needed to navigate life after high school successfully.
